完成要求及時限 Finisher’s requirement and the Time Limit
28 公里限 8小時、50公里限 14小時。
參加者必須一次完成賽道。他們可以多次比賽去追求心目中的理想成績。
完成的 50 公里的參加者可獲得 ITRA 積分 2 分。完成的 28 公里的參加者可獲得 ITRA 積分 1 分。
28 公里及 50 公里賽事皆分別設有男子及女子公開組，每組頭 5 名均有獎項。
Participants are required to complete the course in one-go. They can try as many attempts as they want to achieve the best result.
Participants who finish the 50km race are entitled to iTRA 2 points. Participants who finish the 28km race are entitled to iTRA 1 points.
There are 5 prizes for men’s open and women’s open of 28km and 50km respectively.
